I’m looking for a female roommate to move-in together next fall 2026 near downtown area/LRT between Tunney’s-Lees. Budget less than or equal to $1500 (preferably around $1000). Looking for UNFURNISHED accommodations only. I have some furniture and I can fully equip a kitchen.

I’m a reserved person and tend to keep to myself. I like to keep my space tidy and organized.

I enjoy baking occasionally + would be interested in sharing chores (cooking, cleaning, dinner, etc) together.

I am a student + work full-time. So, you won’t see me around much. I may use the common spaces to study but that’s about it.

I don’t partake in substances (alcohol, drugs, weed, smoking, etc.)

I speak french and english. I don’t currently have pets, but I would be okay with a cat. Unfortunately, I can’t have dogs.
