Hi there! I’m moving sometime between Feb 1st and March 1st and I think we might be able to find a great spot together if we agree to be dope roommates. I’m looking for 1 to 3 people to split on a modern, not-a-shoebox home for us to live.

Read on to see if we might be a good fit to house hunt together, and potentially live together.

Targeted Rental Apartment/Condo:

• Location: Currently prioritizing Port Moody but I’m open to anywhere between Vancouver and Coquitlam with the right people. Must be near a park, a forest, or a beach.
• Move-in: Between February 1st and March 1st.
• Home: Modern, well-designed with extra space for a home office (at minimum a den or extra bedroom for working, could be shared). Possibly a penthouse.
• Budget: $1300-$2000 per person.
• Capacity: Open to 1-3 roommates, depending on the space.

Looking for roommates who are:

• Clean, organized, and systematic.
• Willing to share chores, groceries, and cooking.
• Career-focused and hardworking.
• Eco-conscious (actually composts).
• Social and outgoing but respectful of boundaries.
• Don’t take themselves too seriously.

About me: I’m a 28-year-old he/him, working as Product Manager in entertainment lighting and building a neighbour-to-neighbour carsharing startup. I’m into anything on a mountain, in a forest, or on a sports field. I also play guitar, video games (I have a PS5), and I enjoy cooking - mostly Mexican, Mediterranean, or curries.
