Hello!

I am an international student from Colombia. I work part-time as a freelancer. Currently living in North Vancouver, looking to move in April 1st to a new place. -I always pay rent on time

• I am clean and organized
• I enjoy spending time with others, but also value time alone. -I consider myself to be a good roommate, and easy going -I would love to get along with my roommate
• I study Visual Effects
• I will be cooking my meals most days. Although sometimes I prefer to meal prep. -I’m generally quiet, but I don’t mind noise
• Sometimes I will get to the place late.
• Sometimes I work remotely from home, so I’ll need to stay in the entire day.
• I am not a smoker, and would prefer the apartment to be smoke and drugs free.
• I don’t have any pets. But I am okay to live with them.
• I am very respectful of others, their spaces and things.
• I have a long desk with some computer equipment that I will have to bring with me.
