Hi there my name is Jesse. I am seeking room mates because I am trying to save up for a house and want to reduce my expenses. I am a 38 yo working professional with a M -F 8 till 4:30 schedule. I figure skate 5 days a week on top of that. Other hobbies & activities include yoga, building computers, playing video games, boardgames, dungeons & dragons, model kits & puzzles.

I am very respectful and hardworking. I cook and clean, and will ensure to do my part to create a comfortable living experience. I can coexist with any age, gender, orientation, or cultural background. Budget is flexible and I can go up if needed for the right living arrangement.

The main concern I have when seeking room mates is my dog. She is my best friend in the whole world and I’ve had her for 6 years. She is highly reactive and a bite risk with strangers. Ideally I am looking for someone who is passionate about animals and would be willing to have patience with her special needs. However this is not a requirement as long as I have enough space to create her own area. Basement rooms with a degree of separation are ideal.

I am willing to pay extra for the added inconvenience she presents. I am willing to pay even more if you are willing to let her out into the yard occasionally (added bonus, not necessary). She is a wonderful and sweet girl and once you learn the rules for working with her she is easy to manage. She will not have free reign of the living space. She is used to living in a confined area though the more space we can provide her the happier and healthier she will be.
