Looking for Roommate to Share 2 Bed, 2 Bath Apartment

I’m seeking a roommate to share a cozy apartment in Vancouver, Burnaby, or New Westminster. Currently, I don’t have a place, so I’m open to either finding a roommate who already has a place or searching for a new place together. Please note that I’m not considering couples or sublets.
