Hi, I am Eason, from southern China. I am looking for a cozy and quiet room. I plan to study for a master’s degree program at RRU in early March. I am a tidy person with two years of experience in renting houses and have left a good impression on the house owners. I always keep the house clean and tidy, abide by the contract, and clean the room when I leave (and I do not smoke, drink, take drugs, or have pets).
