I’m very clean, quiet no partying too old for that. Lol I smoke weed and cigarettes have no problem smoking outside or off property. My rent is always paid in full and on time. I like to cook for people, I kinda handy with most stuff around house, yard and garage. I do have a cat but not a deal breaker if not allowed. Looking for minimum 6 month prefer a year with means to renew. I’m just trying to start over and look for a room or home. Thank you in advance.
