I am a single, (old) lady. My photo is of myself, in the middle and my two amazing sisters. I am a mother of three grown kids. I can handle whatever life has to throw at me. I have a deaf cat with the best of manners that is a solo person entity. He only understands my (canine), sign language and will only be by my side or within the room that I occupy. He’s beyond litter trained and needs his box changed with every bodily function, which I honour and respect to ensure he’s dedicated to cleanliness. He does talk (meow in strange tones), at times. Loudly, during the late (10:00 a.m until he either poops or goes to sleep, although sometimes he doesn’t yeeow, at all). His sounds are awkward due to his flat deaf ears. He also does this to get his energy out, very briefly. Late afternoon to nighttime he’s a snuggle buddy to me. He never has accidents because of his insistance of his constantly cleaned litter box. He’s very well trained and absolutely bodily function accident free (a dream come true to a cat owner). I need to move closer to my Son, his Son and my soon to be, daughter in law to help them. This will be my first time sharing a home with a stranger. I have always been independent, and a homeowner. At this time in my life, I need to move away from London to be closer to my loved ones in Fort Erie. I will only need the room without furnishings, as I need a specific bed to sleep on. It’s a very light frame but I need the typical frame for my comfort. I will have my amazing Grandson visit at times, but with him living close to the beach, I will most likely be spending more time with him at his place, (cat included). These occasions are questionable at this moment, as my Son is attending training as a Federal Peace Officer for the Prison in Kingston. Flawed, yet extremely proud Momma here. I am peaceful and tolerate more than most old ladies my age. I am cannabis friendly, but do not partake. I am tobacco free. I do vape disposable nicotine outside. I think that I can keep the air clear and tolerate the extras in the air as a bonus, or not. I am a mother. Lol. I’m very flexible with my situation. I just need to be closer to my lovies and will sacrifice my life in London to do so. I am not okay with living with single and solo males. I’m fine with co-ed situations but choose to be alone without a mate, other than living parallel within the home. I’m not there to interfere with others’ lives and lifestyles. I am reliable with my responsibilities within my room and with the people around me.
Thank you for reading all of this to the end. I will not disappoint if considered for this place to rent from you. My terms of lease are negotiable. Whether it’s a long term, 12 month lease or shorter, even longer. I just need a home to live in to be closer to my family. Proof of finances are available for you to review upon request.
