Hi; I’m looking for a long-term or short-term place, with 1 to 4 roomies. Furnished or unfurnished. I’m respectful, kind, & not loud; clean & tidy (but not demanding); honest; friendly; & good at communicating, & getting along with others.

I have no girlfriend or pets.

For short-term, these things aren’t very important; but for long-term, I’d like a decent amount of space, & air conditioning (or the option to install).

Looking to pay $600-$1000 depending on the place.

I love animals, cooking, fun or serious chats, music, exercising, making people laugh, TV shows, learning & self-improvement, & some sports & games.
