Hey there! I am looking for a solo spot in case anyone is trying to transfer their lease or do a lease assignment. I am very specifically only looking in the downtown bubble, mostly west end. If you have a spot where you need to break your lease, let me know and i can take it on :) A modern apartment, over 550 square feet is preferred. I am very clean, have full time employment and have all necessary references. I would say I’m an ideal tenant :)
