Hi! Please don’t slide into my DMs if you’re offering a space without a private bathroom, or it’s a place where a couple of professionals or students will be sharing the home/unit. I’m open to negotiating the rate as long as it’s reasonable.

I’m in search of a furnished 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom garden level, low level, or basement suite. I’d love to live with a family if possible, but I’m totally open to other options too, as long as I have my private bathroom.

I would also appreciate it of you could let me know of any carpools or rideshare options.

I’ve got references on hand for sharing space or renting from a landlord, so just let me know if you need them.

In our shared space, you can expect a chill vibe most of the time. I’m laid back and easygoing, but once I’m comfortable, be ready for a bit of banter and laughter.

One of my favorite ways to unwind is through yoga, so don’t be surprised to find me rolling out a mat and striking a pose in the living room lol. If you’re into it too, we could even plan some zen sessions together!! :) Namaste, right?
