• Ideal location is St. Catharines or Thorold with close highway access
• I work 9-5 in banking and rarely keep late hours; not required that you are the same.
• I have a dog, must be ok with that. (60lbs mixed breed)
• I work from home 3 days a week in the afternoons, other 2 days dog is at daycare.
• I don’t drink (often, just socially) or party, I don’t do drugs. I don’t care if you smoke weed, just prefer if it’s outside
• Looking to split everything 50/50, costs and chores

Relatively a homebody, have visitors for a weekend every couple of months. Like movies, TV, general nerd culture. Not much of a gamer, but all good if you are.
