Hello, my name is Matt.

The reason I am reaching out, is with hopes of finding a suitable shared or independent accommodation and living arrangement for myself.

I am a Mental Health/Social Services Worker with a great job working with, and for, the ones living in and on behalf of my community. 

I am hoping to find a 1 bath and 1 bedroom suite, (separate entrance), that has specific and key features such as affordability, nice location/neighborhood, in-suite laundry), great landlords with preferably common quality/traits such as: supportive, caring, quiet, clean and secure. 

I would also very much love that the owners would also not mind; be interested and onboard with me doing little jobs around the residence - to better the appearance, look, and just general cosmetics and characteristics of the residence.
