Looking for an unfurnished private room with a private bathroom and parking. Down to also team up and get a 2br 1-2 bathroom apartment/house. Super chill. Living is simple just being clean and considerate. I’m a driven entrepreneurial person. 90% of my time I’ll be on the road or in my room working on my business/life. I’ll always be conscious of shared living spaces and all the small things people normally overlook. I cook (meal-prep).
