I’m looking for a single or a couple that would like to share a big apartment with me (1490ft). the rental is 2595 per month and we can split by 50/50. (Heat and water are included, and we just need to pay for hydro, internet, and Insurance, the internet is 65 dollars per month for a 1.5GB high-speed fiber internet. We also have a very convenient in-site laundry and a huge balcony) The building is just 10 minutes away from Masonvale Palace and bus 34 is right in front of it, if you are a student at Fanshawe, it only takes 2 transfers to the school within 40 minutes.
