I am a young working professional. I wake up around 5:30am and try to go to sleep around 10pm during the work week. I am very quiet in the mornings, so there’s no need to worry if you wake up later than me. I am easy going, and I get along well with everyone who isn’t a diagnosable psychopath. I am quite introverted, but I definitely still enjoy spending time with people. I just prefer smaller groups (<10-15), especially people with whom I am already acquainted, over large groups of people.

I am currently searching for a place with the following # of bedrooms and total square footage: a) 2 bed, >850 total sq.ft. b) 3 bed, >1150 sq.ft. I will need a relatively large bedroom (it will need to have closet space, and fit a dresser, bedside table, either a double or queen bed and, preferably, a reasonable sized desk for the odd time that I need to work from home.

As far as amenities go, it will need:

• In unit laundry
• Dishwasher (and preferably dual sinks for hand washing)
• Stove, oven, and microwave
• Fridge and freezer
• Parking spaces available for me and any other separate individuals moving in who also require parking. Covered parking is prefered, but it is not a deal-breaker.
• To be dog-friendly. I do not have my own dog, but my parents’ dog will occasionally stay with me. Indoor accidents are not a concern with her. Nor are allergies, since she is a hypoallergenic Miniature Poodle and Bichon Frisé cross-breed.
