Seeking to rent a room for about 18 months in or around St. Albert (50 km), in a safe, functional and clean home.

Move in: ASAP Preferred budget: approx. $700-800/month, including utilities and parking, but I may consider rising the budget for a perfect fit.

About me: Mid-40 female Self-employed (I often work 6-7 days a week) Own a car Quiet, clean, tidy, organized, eat well, etc. Non smoker, non drinker, not 420-friendly Not into parties No pets (but I don’t mind if you have one or two) I work from home full time (quiet computer stuff). I usually work from my room, so you won’t even know I am there most of the time.
