I am an open-minded, friendly person, who also respects everyone’s privacy. Non-smoker. No pets, no kids. Keep things neat and clean. I spend most of my weekdays in my room since I work remotely, so I am looking for a nice, bright and spacious room, personal bathroom would be a plus. Preferred moving in date August 1st or August 15th, I am flexible, since I am staying at my friend’s upon my return back to Calgary after a year living in Montreal. 12 months lease is preferred.
