Hey guys!!

ISO 1 BEDROOM, PET FRIENDLY ACCOMADATION (lovely indoor cat, doesn’t scratch furniture), $600-800/MONTH, but flexible for the right fit

Still ISO a place to call home for the summer.

I am looking to move in ASAP April and stay until end of October.

I have lived with roommates and have loved the experience, so definitely open to more roommate type living situations! I know how to clean up after myself and be respectful of others and common spaces. NON SMOKER, NON PARTIER, I’m just looking for a space to come back to and relax after work or a long day of hiking.

In my free time you’ll see me either outside gardening, hiking, reading, sewing, writing or doing Yoga.

Kyo (the very cute and very sweet orange cat in the pictures) is an indoor cat who mainly spends his days sleeping. He doesn’t scratch any of the furniture and I’ve gotten in the routine of keeping him in my room while I’m out and at night. I make sure to taking him out and playing once I’m back to make sure he gets all his energy out! I’m super clean with him and cleans his litter box daily and has a three-stage filtration system beside it. I do take him on the occasional walk, but no roaming around by himself.

I have a full time jobs lined up for the summer in Radium, I just need to find a place to stay in the area. I have a car so will need some place to park it as well. Parking spot or street parking.
