Hi, I was a university student at UBCO and graduated in 2023. Now I’m starting my master degree in September. Hoping to find a roommate or more and meeting new people. I always pay rent on time and I do keep my place clean all the time. I don’t smoke or drink(maybe occasionally outside of the house). I’m not a party person.
