Hi Everyone!

My name is Ethan, I’m a 23-year-old male Actor Who has recently graduated from film school. I’ve been living downtown for about a year and a half now, and I’m looking for a new place to rent, preferably unfurnished, as I already have my own things. I’m looking for something closer to English Bay to both shorten my commute and fit my lifestyle goals. My budget is around $1200/month (including utilities), but I’d be willing to pay more depending on the room and location.

A little about me: I’m an actor, so I’m nothing if not entertaining to be around. You might occasionally hear me talking to myself, but chances are I’m just memorizing lines or recording an audition. That being said, I’m very respectful when it comes to privacy and noise around the house and always check in before doing any acting work that could potentially be loud or disruptive. I’m indifferent about clutter so long as it’s kept to everyone’s rooms or private areas, but it’s important to me that we keep our communal living spaces clean and tidy (i.e. the kitchen, living room, etc.). I enjoy film, theatre, cooking, reading, drawing, Yoga, Meditation, and working out. I indulge in a variety of sports such as mountain biking, golf, Snowboarding/skiing, hockey, ultimate frisbee, volleyball, and a bunch of others!
