Description

Moving down to Calgary from Red Deer this November and need a (hopefully furnished) room for December 1st. I don’t smoke anything, no drugs and drink responsibly and would prefer to live with someone similar. I am relatively type A, clean and orderly and clean up after myself pretty quickly. I value a clean home but I am not super strict about it; I try to be reasonable. I don’t have any pets but don’t mind if you do.

I am currently on EI but have a tentative job lined up for when I get settled in Calgary. I can provide proof of ability to pay as required and have multiple character references. Would prefer a month to month lease or a short term contract for the right home.
