LOOKING FOR a private bedroom with private or shared bathroom and the usual common kitchen and living room spaces. I am a professional working in Toronto about 3 or 4 days/week in a downtown office. I return to my home in Ottawa the rest of the time. So, I’m a part-time flat mate that pays full rent :-)
LOCATION: Central Toronto - roughly from Distillery District to Liberty Village and from Harbourfront to College St.
ABOUT ME: I keep the place clean and tidy and respectful of others’ privacy. I’m outgoing and very good company, easy to get along and chat with. Some of my interests: sailing (recently raced over 14,100 km on the winning boat from the UK to Uruguay), strength workout classes, tennis, hiking, hockey, skiing, bars/restaurants and chilling with movies/shows for some down time.
