Hi, I’m Matt, a mature student at George Brown College. I’m responsible, dependable and respectful of other people’s privacy, and I’m looking for a quiet, stable home with considerate housemates.

I’m looking for a private bedroom downtown, ideally within a 35-minute walk of the St. James campus at 200 King Street East. My budget is up to $1,200 per month including utilities and internet, and a lower-cost room would be welcome. I need kitchen and laundry access and space to study. Being near a YMCA would be a bonus.

My preferred move-in date is November 1, 2026, but I can move sooner for the right place. I’m hoping to find a comfortable, longer-term home where everyone respects shared spaces and each other’s routines.
