Looking for a private room with ensuite in downtown Toronto, preferably west/near harbourfront. Non-negotiables: people who value cleanliness, + amenities like in-unit laundry/dishwasher, gym in the building. Looking for a private bedroom that is not a den. 12 month lease preferred/month to month. Female and/or queer roommates preferred.

I work for a remote comms agency and have been living in Toronto for 2 years - I’m from London (UK). Would love to be friends with my roommate but also value my quiet time! Outside of work I like travelling, reading, binge watching shows, food markets, concerts. :)
