Hey, My landlady is in Mexico, and she wants to rent her bedroom to a responsible person. It’s a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit that’s only a 5 minute walk from UFV. You’ll be sharing with me. I’m clean and tidy, and expect the same in common areas, especially the kitchen. The owner, Lisa, pays for a cleaner to come in once per month. I like cats. In addition, I am enrolled at UFV taking courses part-time, which will accentuate my degree. I mind my own business and respect others’ privacy and property.
