Room Wanted – Mature Female Professional | York Region | $900/month inclusive Hello, I am a mature female professional seeking a private bedroom with either a private or shared bathroom (with one other person) in a calm, respectful home environment. I am narrowing my focus to Richmond Hill.

What I’m Looking For: A shared living situation with access to a full kitchen, as I enjoy cooking my own meals and doing meal prep regularly. A setup described as light kitchen use would not be a good fit. I value cleanliness, quiet, and respectful common spaces, with a strong appreciation for privacy and personal boundaries. Parking is a priority as I commute for work. I am also hoping to have space in my room for a desk and a small recliner — ideal but not a dealbreaker.
