I’m looking for a private bedroom and bathroom with a shared kitchen, as I enjoy cooking my own meals. Sharing of common rooms, respectful quiet, clean situation, and parking is a priority. I’m willing to pay a bit more for the right situation, with a budget of 900 per month. Looking for storage room if possible and parking space.

My ideal home values privacy, calm, and mutual respect for boundaries and personal space. While I love animals, I do have allergies, so I’m open to pets as long as the space is kept clean. A quiet and peaceful environment is very important to me.

I work during the day, study in the evenings, and will be running my own business while attending university. I’d love to find a space where I can have a desk and a small recliner chair for comfort. I’m reliable with rent and committed to maintaining a responsible, clean, and respectful living environment.
