Description

I’ll be in final year of university upon move in. I don’t have any major allergies (allergic to witchhazel), I don’t drink, smoke, vape, or party. I’m quiet and don’t blast music or stay up till 3 am. I’m a responsible and cleanly tenant who’s independent and the most noise I’ll make is music on a record player. I don’t have any pets however I love animals and wish I had one, so if there’s a pet in the home currently that’ll be a win-win for me.

Note: I possibly will do a co op term in waterloo, meaning i’d maybe rent until august. I won’t know until the winter term has started, though.
