There is a parking spot underground which is available for $80 if you own a car. This apartment is located in Old Abbotsford a bus ride away to UFV. and Seven Oaks Mall. I have a male cat named Mack so you would need to at least like cats as he would definitely desire some petting:) My parents own the apartment and would need to check your references and receive $400 for the damage deposit. Rent includes heat, internet, washing machine and dryer which are located in the pantry. Asking for a rental of 6 months which could lead to longer. If you are a smoker just outside of the building near the street or near the garage is where people go (no smoking weed or tobacco inside).
