My friend and I are looking for a suite/apartment to rent. I have been a renter in Burnaby for the last 2 years. My current landlord is looking to use the unit for other means which has put me to search for new accommodations. My friend has been a renter for the last 5 years. She is in a similar situation so we decided to look for a place together.

We are hoping to find a location in the greater Metrotown area. Together we are looking for a 2 bedroom unit for ourselves.

We are both non-smokers, and non-drinkers, with NO pets. We are both friendly, organized, quiet people that are respectful towards neighbours and our spaces.
