Description

Helping my current roommate find someone to potentially take over his part of the lease, pending a job offer in another city! Move-in would be mid-Sept or Aug 1. The lease runs until March 2027 with potential to renew.

We live in a 2-bed, 2-bath apartment at The Hive in Kensington. He has the ensuite, rent is $1,250/month not incl. utilities. The apartment and his room will be semi-furnished as he’ll be taking some things with him, but there’s flexibility as needed.

A little about me: I’m very clean, quiet, considerate, and usually in bed by 11PM. I also have a cat allergy. I don’t usually have people over but always happy to meet new people, so I’m looking for the same!
