I work full-time and some evenings, I’m a non-smoker, and I enjoy a clean, peaceful home with a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.

I’m looking for a compatible roommate to find and rent a beautiful, modern, new or like-new 2-bedroom apartment, preferably with 2 bathrooms for extra privacy and comfort.

📍 Location: I’m open to Bedford, Halifax, Dartmouth, Sackville, and surrounding areas. The quality of the apartment matters more to me than the exact location.

💰 Budget: Ideally $1,000–$1,250 per person/month for rent, depending on the apartment and what’s included. Utilities can be shared equally.

🚗 Indoor or underground parking would be a great bonus!

We’d each have our own private bedroom, respect each other’s space, and enjoy a comfortable, welcoming home.

I haven’t rented a place yet, so we can explore options together and find somewhere we both really like.
