Hi, I’m Chloe!☺️ Im looking to rent an apartment starting september 1st or around there as I am currently in a lease till August! Feel free to reach out still but be aware that I cant move in for another couple months.

I’m a respectful, mature, and hardworking woman looking for a place to stay while I attend SAIT starting in September. I am fully committed to respecting all household rules and maintaining a clean, organized living space by cleaning up after myself in shared areas. I prefer a place that is furnished and utilities included. This isn’t my first time with roommates I consider myself to be pretty respectful and understanding. Although I do like to stay up past 11pm which may be a dealbreaker for some people. I will have school funding and savings that will cover my rent. Right now I am on my gap year saving for a laptop for school and a trip in August to see my sister in BC! If you have any questions or would like more information, I’m happy to provide it.
