Im 20 and have been living away from home for quite a while now, my current roommate is having a family member move in and so i am looking for a new place. I’ve recently graduated from investigative studies at macewan university and I work full time, i am pretty quiet, I dont often have friends over or party and when I do I go out to my friends place and come back quietly. I paint alot and I have a dog, she is very well behaved and doesnt make much noise, my dog is bigger (60lb aussie cattle dog) but she is house and obedience trained. I would ideally be looking for a bachelor or basement suit but its currently slightly out of my payment range. Im just looking for a nice person, preferably not more than one, someone who doesn’t mind my dog being out and about and is respectful of my privacy. Please contact me if you feel you’d be a good fit
