Im just about 20 and have been living away from home for quite a while now, my current roommate is having a family member move in and so i am looking for a new place. I’ve recently graduated from investigative studies at macewan university and will be working in a security/investigative position with aspirations to join the rcmp in the next few years. I am pretty quiet, I dont often have friends over or party and when I do I go out to my friends place and come back quietly. I paint alot and I have a dog and a cat, they are very well behaved and dont make much noise, my dog is bigger (60lb aussie cattle dog) but she is house and obedience trained. Im looking for a small bachelor place, not sure if want a roommate again but id love a small basement suit or something for myself, im clean and respectful and dont need much room, just a space.
