Male 62 . I’m receiving long term disability/Cpp so rent is guaranteed monthly. I’m looking for a clean room that is furnished and preferably with a TV. I’m a very quiet and peaceful man. I’m looking for monlthy rent between 600-700 per month. I also need to be close to amenities ( walking distance ) due to that I no longer drive. I currently have no pets but and I’m fine with someone that does.
