My name is Renaud, I have a stable income, I like to keep clean especially in communal areas and I am always mindful not to disturb others, as I myself love my private space. I would like to occasionally invite friends over, but not overly frequently, and my friends are not too rowdy either. I don’t mind it if my roommates have loud parties so long as it’s not every night. I love to have fun and hang out with people but I also can quickly recognize when people need space/alone time.
