Hello! My name is Julia, I am a respectful, quiet, and cleanly Langara student going into my first year of an Associates degree of science in Chemistry. I am looking for a space to rent as I attend school so the closer the better! I would ideally like my own space (1bed1bath) but they are typically out of my price range. I do not mind sharing a living space with another girl around my age (not sharing a bedroom). I am not a smoker and do not have any pets, but I might want to get one in the future.
