Hi there! I’m looking for a clean, quiet, and friendly living environment where everyone respects each other’s space. Ideally I am only looking for one roommate without a shared bathroom that is connected to my room. I really value a peaceful home and tend to keep to myself, but I also enjoy the occasional good conversation on a variety of topics.

I’ll be living with my teenage daughter—we are both very clean, quiet, and respectful. We’re happy to share a room.

I do typically prefer a female roommate, however I’m open to living with a male roommate under certain circumstances. 1. He’s a clean and respectful individual. 2. I feel comfortable with him.

I do work from home and will typically be home a lot.

I don’t have pets and would prefer a pet-free home. Overall, I’m easygoing and enjoy a calm, welcoming space.
