Praise Daniel

My name is Praise Daniel, and I’m a 25-year-old graduate of the Master of Laws (LL.M.) program at the University of Ottawa.

My friend Muna and I are looking for a two-bedroom apartment, ideally located in Downtown Ottawa, Centretown, or nearby central neighbourhoods. We are both clean, respectful, tidy, and responsible tenants who value a peaceful and well-maintained living environment.

I would describe myself as calm, easygoing, and considerate. I enjoy peace and quiet and thrive in tidy, well-organized spaces, as I believe a clean home contributes to a clear mind. I’m not a fan of loud or noisy environments and generally prefer a more relaxed atmosphere. I also don’t have pets and would prefer a pet-free home, particularly one without cats or dogs.

Both Muna and I are friendly, approachable, and easy to get along with. While we appreciate our personal space and quiet time, we also enjoy socializing occasionally and are committed to being respectful of our neighbours, shared spaces, and any property we call home.
