Friendly and laid-back 30-something looking to share an apartment or townhome. During the week I’ll mostly be in my room and/or working when I’m home, although I do like to go out at night on the weekends. I’m good at picking up after myself in common areas. Living preferences: I have to get up pretty early in the morning for work, so I’m looking for a roommate who also likes things quiet early at night on the weeknights. I like the temperature on the cool/cold side. I don’t have a problem with cannabis, but I have asthma, so I can’t have smoke inside the home, just to clarify. Move-in date is flexible.
