Hello! I am a quiet, clean, considerate and respectful mature woman. I am seeking roommates that are similar in age, and, or personality, and attain the same traits that I have. I require a medium to large room with a private bathroom, or a self contained bachelor apartment. I also require access to parking.

I would ideally like to move by the end of October or November 1,2025. But I need to see the unit, handled or prospective roommates no later than the end of August or September 1, so that I can provide the required 60 day notice.

I would also like to add that I am open to other possible move in dates, so long as it is not too far off from the move in date listed.

I am also willing to explore the possibility of getting together with a group of like minded individuals to purchase and share a house or rent an existing one.
