Hi there! I am a student going into my second year at University of Guelph. I plan to rent with my friend, who is going into her first year. We are both respectful and quiet people. We are looking for a place that is pet friendly for a quiet 3-year-old cat. Looking to sign a lease ideally starting Aug 2026. Both of our budgets hang around $800 although we are willing to negotiate.
