My name is Carlos Andres from Singapore and studying at TWU.
The most important things to me when it comes to a housemate are that they:
- Don’t take my things without permission
- Smokes outdoor
- Doesn’t make a ruckus at night
- Relatively tidy, or at least confine their untidiness to their their areas
- Chips in with chores
- Would be great of they cooks (or at least cleans up)
- Respects personal space
- Able to articulate their opinions so that we can solve any disagreements we might have
- Sociable, we don’t need to be best friends, but I would like to be friends to some degree
Spend most of my time: Getting to know new people, working with youths and underserved, Reading, Jogging, Catching films and plays
- Sociable but I like to have my alone time
- Up for any physical sports but I accept that I do not have my 19 year old physique
- Neat to a certain degree, don’t worry about me leaving my mess in the common spaces
- My friends would describe me as: quirky, nature-loving, thoughtful, respectful (to animals, people and environment), spontaneous, candid, adventurous, ambitious, passionate, dad of the group.
