I am quiet, respectful, bookish, clean living. I enjoy my privacy but also would welcome the occasional shared meal, playing a board game or movie night. I would commit long term and have had previous successful shared arrangements. I am particularly sensitive to smoke of any kind. Very cool would be a bright character home with bonus a rural setting with access to hiking and biking trails.

Currently I have helped with home projects, gardening and yard maintenance for which accumulated paid hours go to rent. I would welcome similar arrangements including house or pet setting while you are away. Perhaps an amiable, independent female elder or a couple could use extra help.
