I have been living on my own these past few years, but also with other roommates before. I prefer to be with just females, and for myself to be a sublease on a house or apartment, not a shared lease.

I’m looking primarily for Garneau, Strathcona, University area, but will do 109st area by the Legislature part of downtown, as well as Allendale and Queen Alexandra. My preference is anywhere along Whyte Ave.

I’m also looking for a six months to a year, and can do renewals.

I kept mostly to myself, but the other women were good to live with as well. We kept things clean and shared the washroom properly. If there’s a good vibe with one another, I’m more than happy to share some subscriptions that you might not, we can do movie nights if we wish to do so or other pampering and chowing down. I’m also someone who respects other people’s spaces and their things.

Sometimes I like to have a bit of computer time, but that would be in my room, likely. I’m a believer in having headphones when listening to music, unless everyone wants to listen to music and share. I’m musically open minded. Feel free to share what you like!

I’m also someone that loves music, going to live shows and the theatre and during the summer I play tennis. During the winter I like to snowboard! I love to hike as well especially in the mountains, and I play with the conservatory big band on Tuesday evenings as an Alto 2 (saxophone and doubling on flute).
