Very clean & organized middle aged lady seeking a room rental WITH parking in a safe area.

My budget is $500-$650 per month all inclusive. – Home needs WiFi and A/C (unless it’s a basement room)

I like getting to know people. I’m curious, discerning & humorous.. but also need my alone time.

I’m careful about bathroom & kitchen time/use.. and especially closing doors ‘quietly’ so as not to disturb others. - - I seek the same in return.

I do senior-care, often for those who are terminally ill.
I also do pro bono counselling on my laptop.
