I’m a 19-year-old university student in Mississauga. I highly value mutual respect, boundaries, and the hygiene standards of the living space. I put an emphasis on direct, clear communication and am laid-back and understanding. I’m looking for a young adult/ student oriented living space. I love animals and am very pet-friendly as long as the hygiene of the place is maintained! My main living requirements are:

• a private room
• a private washroom
• a female-only living space
• no children in the living space
• No restrictions on having occasional guests or overnight visitors in a reasonable manner - If your listing restricts tenants from having guests in the space they’re paying you for, it won’t be a good fit.

I don’t mind and would actually prefer an unfurnished or semi-furnished space as I have a bit of furniture of my own.
