Hi, I’m Shifin — a quiet, clean and tidy working professional relocating from Lindsay to Toronto. I’m starting a full-time job in the drilling/construction field on Monday, November 16, working regular daytime hours, and I’m looking for a private room with an attached washroom in Scarborough for a November 15 move-in. I’m looking for a stable, long-term home — not a short stay — and a place I can really settle into.

I’m a non-smoker with no pets, and I’m respectful of shared spaces: I’m usually out at work during the day and quiet in the evenings, and I keep common areas clean. I have my own car, and parking would be a real plus. I have a steady income, I pay my rent on time, and I’m happy to provide proof of employment and references on request. I’d love to find a comfortable home with good housemates — thanks for considering me!
