My name is Tina. I’m a 32-year-old former competitive athlete who recently transitioned careers after moving back to BC 15 months ago. I’m currently a strength & conditioning coach at a gym that is home to 16 Olympians. I am an actress/stunt performer, and also work part-time at a restaurant. I’m looking for a private room in a 2 bed 1.5 or 2 bath in these areas: Brentwood / Gilmore Hastings-Sunrise / Boundary Hillcrest / Queen Elizabeth / Riley Park Mount Pleasant

I’m responsible, clean, and financially stable (no debt + financial portfolio). I value a quiet, purpose-driven home environment. I don’t smoke or drink, but occasionally use 420. I live an active lifestyle — I train regularly, practice martial arts, run, and try to do the Grouse Grind once a week. I enjoy being social and connecting with like-minded people and artists, but I also appreciate calm downtime at home.

Because of my work, I sometimes have auditions or self-tapes that I need to film from home, so a space that’s quiet during those times would be ideal.

I prefer someone who is clean, tidy, with a similar lifestyle. Ideally, you’re into fitness, practice martial arts, entrepreneurial or actress/artist OR you lead a purpose-driven life.
