hi! i’m alex (she/her) currently in a sublet and now looking for a place to stay long term around the Annex, Dovercourt, Harbord Village area. I work a hybrid job so will be home a few days a week but am out of the house most days and have a pretty structured routine outside of work (social life/fitness). I love home cooked/shared meals and I make a great banana bread (imo but also have testimonials to back up my claim). I enjoy quality time and want to build a good relationship with my roomies but am respectful of boundaries/need for solo time! Ideal environment: open/clear communication, cleanliness and respect for common spaces, lots of natural light, furnished room with a desk for WFH or unfurnished room spacious enough for a desk, in a house would be lovely but open to apartment setting!
