Looking for short term (3-6 months) sublet, open to sticking around longer if we’re a good fit! I work a hybrid job so will be home a couple days a week but am out of the house most days and have a pretty structured routine outside of work (social life/fitness). I love home cooked/shared meals and I make a great banana bread (imo but also have testimonials to back up my claim). I enjoy quality time and want to build a good relationship with my roomies but also am respectful of boundaries/need for solo time! Ideal environment: open/clear communication, cleanliness and respect for common spaces, lots of natural light, shared office space or room with a desk for WFH, furnished room, in a house would be lovely but open to apartment setting!
